Vintage Products

Products labeled by Apple as "vintage" are assessed an additional service charge. This charge, unlike the Diagnosis Fee, is not credited towards the cost of repair. Please note that we cannot order replacement parts for vintage products from Apple (3rd party items can be ordered in some cases).
